KIBOGA - A 20-year old man is being held by police for allegedly defiling a 14-year old girl.
Godfrey Emajongo, the Kiboga District Criminal Department chief identified the suspect as Tumwesigye Ssesazi, a local resident of Kyetume village in Kapeke sub-county.
