According to the World Health Organisation, one person dies of malaria every after four minutes in Uganda giving a total of 330 people dying per day. Currently there are no vaccines that prevent malaria 100 per cent although researchers continue working tirelessly to come up with one. In Uganda, malaria mostly affects pregnant women, children aged five and people living with HIV/Aids.
