Kamuli - The district council has paid tribute to the late Dr David Muzira Mugumira, who has been the acting District Health Officer.
In a special council meeting held Monday, April 11 at Kamuli Youth Centre the councillors, led by district chairman Stephen Mubiru, lauded Dr Muzira for his outstanding contribution to Kamuli over the last two decades.
Dr Muzira reportedly became unconscious while at his residence along Main Street in Jinja town and was pronounced dead
