Downpour devastates Moroto

Karamoja - A heavy downpour has ravaged hundreds of homesteads in Moroto district, an area also battling with the effects of famine and poverty. When The Razor visited the three sub counties of Rupa, Katikekile and Nadunget yesterday, it found several grass-thatched houses had been destroyed, with families stranded.
