Buikwe - In yet another manifestation of alarming cases of child abuse across the country, Lugazi Police are holding a 50-year old man for defiling and infecting his 10-year old step daughter with HIV/Aids. Mustafah Kawuma, a father of six, and resident of Kibale village, Ngogwe Sub County in Buikwe district is alleged to have defiled the victim several times.
