Let us plan better for our oil

With all the massive amounts of oil deposits that we have in Uganda, we should have plans put in place to harvest it as safely and responsibly as possible. For the beginning, I propose that there should be a ban or prohibition on exporting this oil until a supply glut has been reached. The NRM government should announce a plan to give tax a break for service stations to be built. With all this and more use of this resource Uganda can be great again.
