Museveni should enroll at UMI

Uganda’s economy is now on a stretcher; poverty, huge external debts, low technological achievements all hold the country down despite Museveni having been in power for over twenty years. He has created a very dangerous culture of entitlement where whoever fought in the guerrilla war has an ego feeling of “because we fought we must have whatever we desire by any means and no one must care.”
