Former Copa Coca-Cola Schools’ Cup champion, Old Kampala SSS beat perennial campaigner Uganda Martyrs’ SS – Rubaga 2-1 to lift the Kampala Region Cup at Mengo SS on Tuesday. Latif Saidi scored from the spot three minutes into the game to put Old Kampala in lead, which Daniel Ruhinda cancelled 13 minutes later, causing wild celebrations from a mixture of fans who included students of Mengo and Rubaga as well as parents.
