High Court Commercial Division yesterday gave 90 days to reflexologists to settle amicably the case instituted against government over closure of their centres and banning of their advertisements in the country. Court’s decision came after a request by the reflexologists’ lawyer Dennis Sembuya to give his client more time to explore possible avenues of settling the case out of court.
