Karamoja - A 47- year old soldier attached to the 27th Battalion of the 403 Brigade has been arrested for allegedly defiling his 10-year old daughter. Napak District Police Commander Julius Gobolo, told The Razor that Sergeant Charles Eroma was arrested following an alarm made by the victim.
“He convinced his wife to go with his ATM card to the bank for his salary; immediately she left, he dragged the girl and forced himself onto her,” the DPC said. A
