A former State House special advisor to the president was on Monday lined up in court and charged with theft of a land title deed. Elizabeth Nabatanzi appeared before Buganda Road court Grade One magistrate Grace Balintuma and charged with six counts ranging from theft, conspiracy to commit a felony and impersonation.
