High Court has given a man 15 days to respond to claims that he sold family property without the consent of his wife. The ultimatum came after a civil suit filed by Jane Frances Pinto against her husband Hugn Eugene Pinto over the sale of family property at plot 51 Princess Ann Drive in Bugolobi Nakawa division.
If Pinto fails to respond, the wife may proceed with the hearing of the case and judgment may be entered in his absence. The wife contends that her husband sold
