Alemiga, the media is the voice of the voiceless

I have read with interest Jimmy Alemiga’s letter in The Razor titled ‘Makerere dons must handle internal conflicts maturely’. From a common point of understanding, Ms Josephine Nabukenya (Phd) is someone who is ensnared; she simply has nowhere to turn to because her boss is the one who is allegedly tormenting her.

Such problems are commonplace in most institutions, leaving several workers hapless and I would love to imagine that as a journalist Alemiga knows this.
