Bakkabulindi should come clean

When Charles Bakkabulindi was appointed sports minister in 2005, there were jubilations amongst the sports fraternity. Reason? Bakkabulindi had previously held managerial roles in sports and it was highly believed that he would apply his vast knowledge to steer sports into the right direction.
