With just hours to go to the start of the third round of the national rally championship, the SMC Challenge rally in Masaka, veteran driver Wycliff Bukenya has pulled out. Bukenya cited unlevelled ground for him to compete favourably against home boys such as the event’s defending champion Ponsiano Lwakataka and defending national champion Nasser Mutebi.
