Rukungiri - The police are holding a 56-year old man for defilement. The Rukungiri officer in charge of criminal investigations Emmanuel Gumisiriza said Fred Tumwesigye, a resident of Nyakihanga in Bungagari defiled a 7-year old pupil of Kihumuro Primary School early this week, and fled as area residents mounted a search for him.
