Over 3,000 ‘reformed warriors’ from Kenya, Southern Sudan and Uganda on Saturday May 28 blamed their respective governments and donors for ignoring their plight after they surrendered their weapons. The warriors, who had turned up for the 8th Tegla Lorupe Peace Race (marathon) in Uganda, accused the donors and top government officials from the three governments of ‘using huge resources to hold peace workshops in high class hotels instead of channelling
