Good start, Kampala City director

I salute the Executive Director of Kampala City Authority, Ms Jennifer Semakula Musisi for sending the city engineers on forced leave and setting investigations. This is a good move for our city which is rotting away because of these incompetent professionals who gamble with the works in the
city. For a long time now Kampala has suffered from potholes in every part of the city due to these incompetent workers.
