Fort Portal - High court presided over by Justice Dan Akiiki Kiiza has sentenced a 60-year old man to 23 years in Katoojo government prison after he was found guilty of aggravated defilement. According to prosecution led by Moses Stanley Baine, Wilbur Baryamwishaki alias Kawonawo forcefully had carnal knowledge of an 8-year old girl on July 18, 2008, as the victim returned from school in Rwenyunyuzi, Kyenjojo district.
