Since his re-election in February, President Museveni has kept his cards close to his chest over what his fourth term cabinet will look like. In the weeks after his victory, the NRM leader retreated to his country home in Rwakitura where he spent several hours pondering over his next administration.
It is said several emissaries and delegations from powerful constituencies like the church and ethnic centres of power paid homage to the President to lobby places in his fourth term cabinet.
