Justice Ogoola coordinates opposition, government talks

After talks between President Museveni and the opposition flopped yesterday, government and opposition have agreed to have retired former Principal Judge Justice James Ogoola to coordinate talks between the two parties.

President Yoweri Museveni was expected to chair a summit of political party leaders under their umbrella body, Inter Party Organisation for Dialogue (IPOD) but the summit flopped following disagreements and lack of proper coordination between government
