Kampala Rugby Union Football Club (KRUFC) could lose hundreds of millions of shillings for breach of contract, according to a suit filed in the High Court by Capital Ventures Limited. In the suit No. 139 of 2011, filed at the Commercial Division in Kampala, Capital Ventures sued the Kampala rugby club for failing to honour their side of the bargain when they backslid in a property sale deal.
