Mother dumps baby in latrine

Kaliro - Though innocent, several children suffer mistreatment right from birth, occasioned by their mothers. That is the reason police in Kaliro are holding 20- year old Phionah Nabakooza, a resident of Nkondo viilage, Kidera Sub County in Buyende District, who allegedly threw her new-born baby in a pit latrine.
