Mukono - Residents of Mpatta v i l l a g e and officials attending the elections of the district speaker were left in shock when the Mukono South Member of Parliament Peter Bakaluba Mukasa collapsed. According to several districts councillors, Bakaluba Mukasa collapsed on May 22, after the candidate of his choice, Godfrey Nsubuga Meemetereka, lost the post of Speaker to Mubarak Mubiru Ssekikubo.
During the elections at Kamuda Community Secondary School play ground Mubiru got 18 votes,
