The ruling NRM has yet to find a unifying message to stem protests against the big rises in fuel and commodity prices but they hope that when lead campaigner Kizza Besigye troops in at 9am today from Nairobi, a day to the inauguration of President Museveni, they will be able to contain the euphoria.
When Dr Besigye arrives at Entebbe airport, the NRM will be hoping he will honour an invitation to Kololo Airstrip tomorrow to attend the inauguration of his nemesis,
