Defending national champion Nasser Mutebi plans to reap from Ponsiano Lwakataka’s mistakes to win this weekend’s SMC Challenge Rally in Rakai. Mutebi, who had a false start in the opening round of the 2011 championship in Mbarara when his computer system blew up, drove back into competition after finishing second behind Ronald Ssebuguzi in Masaka.
