Following last week’s suspension of open Heart Surgery at Mulago, the Heart Institute is battling with an overwhelming number of patients who cannot be admitted for treatment as a result of the theft of oxygen pipes which carry oxygen from the main oxygen cylinder.
“I am drafting a paper to present to parliament this afternoon (Tuesday) regarding the same issue. I badly need money to install the pipes but my other worry is that after installing won’t they steal it
