A guard working with Saracen, a private security company has died after allegedly stealing a car that belongs to the Chief Administrative Officer, Paul Walakira. Odyek Makonge, attached to Buvuma police post and also a guard at the ferry on Buvuma Islands, died on Thursday, May 19 after he crashed the car, a Toyota Corolla Reg No UAK 153H, which he reportedly stole from a washing bay. His accomplice only identified as Omara, an operator of the ferry, survived
