Mukono - Police have rescued a man said to have strangled 45-year old Jenifer Angolai after she allegedly refused to give him money earned from the sale of fish. Emmanuel Okello, 23, a casual labourer at Bulebi fishing village in Mukono district, was nabbed on Thursday, May 5, after a tip off from one Annet Namusisi, a neighbour of Angolai, who claimed that the deceased’s assailants were speaking Ateso.
