Baker Elonge, Uganda’s senior umpire who comes from Jinja, is standing in the current ICC Africa T20 division two tournament, which started on Saturday in Benoni, South Africa. The tournament lasts until Wednesday and the teams taking part are Rwanda, Tanzania, Botswana, Nigeria, Ghana, Swaziland, Sierra Leone, Mozambique and Malawi.
