A woman recently drowned at Laropi Landing Site on the River Nile, after she allegedly tried to imitate Jesus Christ and walk on water. Police identified the woman as 23-year old Harriet Baatiyo, a resident of Vura Billinyo in Moyo Sub County, who had allegedly been taken to the Pentecostal Assembly of God church, to exorcise demons from her.
