Couple charged over child torture

couple has been arrested for al­legedly starving and torturing their own child by deny­ing him food and locking him inside the house every day. The suspects have been identified as Ibrahim Bbosa and Proscovia Nabigavu both residents of Nabukalu zone, in Kawempe.
