Uganda’s current top chess player Elijah Emojong continues to struggle to regain his form at the ongoing Africa Individual championships in Maputo, Mozambique. The youngster fell again at the hands of Egypt’s Fide Master Nyazi Nehad and Mozambique’s Paivo Donaldo in the
third and fourth round, respectively.

In the fourth round, the Ugandan played black and had a middle game advantage after his Slav defence left the opponent’s King in the centre with Emojong
