Two months on after taking office, Jennifer Musisi’s appointment as Kampala Capital City Authority chief executive has come under increasing scrutiny. A section of aggrieved Kampala City Council (KCC) workers and the Uganda Public Employees’
Union continue to pile pressure on Musisi who has so far shown her intent to turn tables at City Hall. They claim the KCCA chief is in office illegally.
