Makerere University has invited bids from the public to supply library materials including pamphlets, books, periodicals, book related items, book binding materials, and other reading materials with effect from January 1, 2012. Speaking to The Razor, the library Public Relations Officer Fred Lujja, said that the university was basically doing what it does annually to invite bids to supply library materials in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public
