Fort Portal - Emotions ran high in Katwe-Kabatoro town council as residents demanded the release of a colleague’s body, allegedly killed by Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) rangers in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. David Mugisha, 38, has been missing since last week when the UWA officials mounted a crackdown against people suspected of uprooting boundary demarcation pillars (beacons) in Kyakitale Parish, complaining of land encroachment.
