Policeman remanded for murder

Arua - A police constable attached to Pakwach police station in Nebbi district has been remanded for murder. According to the West Nile Regional Police Publicist Josephine Angucia, Farouk Okeca shot dead Vincent Tanaka, 16, a resident of Rujwang East, Pakwach town council on October 10, 2010, after the deceased resisted arrest.
