Prof Katerega named VCs’ forum boss

Jinja - The Kampala University Vice Chancellor Prof Badru Katerega, has been elected chairperson of the Vice Chancellors’ forum, replacing Dr Ahmed Kaweesa Ssengendo, the Rector of the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU). The Vice Chancellors forum brings together all VCs to address various issues that affect universities in the country and, according to a release by IUIU Public Relations Officer Shaban Lukooya, the body will meet on October 7 this year to review the quality of education
