Uganda has been saved from enormous embarrassment we were yet to go through. Although it’s clear Museveni wanted a soft way of denying Seya any post, this was a big joke for a President to make. This guy should be supervising businesses in Kikubo, collecting market dues and fighting his DP wars. He's an embarrassment, that is all.
