RDC, chairman row over land bonanza intensifies

Jinja - The simmering row over between the Resident District Commissioner Katenda Luutu and the central division chairman Mubarak Kirunda over land giveaway has escalated. According to Kirunda, a Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) official, the six acre piece land in Jinja town belonging to the defunct Uganda Railways Corporation, was idle and he gave it away to ‘deserving area residents’ on Easter
