Schools in Teso get low turn up

SOROTI - Pupils in several primary schools have not returned for the second term, prompting head teachers to urge parents to send them to school.
John Achetu, a head teacher at Moru-Apesur primary school in the eastern division of Soroti municipality, said 600 out of the 900 pupils had so far turned up for the second term.
