Umeme blamed for constant power blackout

SOROTI - Residents of the western division in the municipality are complaining of persistent power outages, with businesspeople saying they have made huge losses. Michael Ekadu, the area business community chairman accused the staff of Umeme for failing to rectify power problem experienced in parts of Soroti municipality since last month, following heavy rains.
