Arua - The rate at which men are subjecting young girls to premature sex orgies in the West Nile region has alarmed police.
Speaking to journalists in her office recently, the West Nile police mouthpiece Josephine Angucia said 50 young girls are defiled every month in the region comprises eight districts.
