Ten amateurs are seeking to become professional golfers as the KCB East tour swings into action at the Kitante course this Wednesday.
“A total of ten amateur golfers will have to under go two rounds of qualifying games on the course, but will have to meet the cut for them to turn professional,” said Deo Akope, the captain of the Uganda Professional Golfers Association. “The group has players from Jinja and Entebbe vying for pro golf.”
