Besigye’s pronouncement is a big lesson to ugandan politicans

During the Forum for Democratic Change(FDC) district leaders retreat in Mukono, Dr. Kiiza Besigye reportedly announced that he won’t stand in 2016 presidential elections, even though his party’s constitution didn’t bar him from contesting as a presidential candidate!.
