Kampala - Juma Baluku’s sojourn to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ended fatally, after he was hacked to death by angry Congolese who claimed he was a thief.
Baluku, 23, a resident of Nyahuka town in Bundibugyo district reportedly went to the DRC late last week in the company of three other people, all dressed in military attire, to steal from Kamango village in the DRC.
