Fruits not so healthy

Many of us believe that fruits can only be healthy and so make an effort to boost our intake –eating lots of pineapples, oranges, mangoes, water melon, bananas, etc.

But it seems some people are actually eating more fruits than usual food. There’s no denying fruits’ health benefits – they are packed with vitamins, fibre and antioxidants, which protect us against disease.
