Hairstyling has taken Uganda by storm. Salons are at almost every corner in the country and many salon owners especially those who run women salons are ripping millions of shillings. When 27 year old Faridah Waguma a single mother of two decided to start a small salon business in Makerere Kikoni little did she expect what she was later to realise. On starting her salon she named it “Desire Beauty Salon,” a tribute to her passion in hairstyling.
