Fort Portal- Police is holding 28-year old Vincent Baguma for allegedly defiling a 9-year old girl. According to Bashir Bakari Muga, the western police spokesperson, Baguma, a casual labourer in Kasojo village in Kiko Ruteete Sub County Kabarole district, followed the girl (names withheld) and defiled as she returned from fetching water.
