An unusually open row between the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority and division mayors and councillors has taken on a violent streak after news broke yesterday that the division chiefs are threatening to beat up Jennifer Musisi and her representatives.
Meanwhile, The Razor has also established that Jennifer Musisi Semakula is legally in office after receiving her appointment letter and instruments of power.
